Córdoba, located in the centre of Argentina is the home to where Pablo Torres grew up. After moving to York in 1994, he wanted everyone to know how spectacular Argentinian food and culture really is with a passion to open his own steakhouse. With the opening of El Gaucho Steakhouse in 2004, Mr Pablo Torres and his son Lucas Torres continue to serve fresh, free range, grass-fed beef from the heart of Argentina's countryside and have been doing so for nearly 20 years.
